Alamo Flame Hibachi ("we", "us") provides private hibachi dinners at homes and venues in the San Antonio and Austin, Texas areas. This policy applies to this website and to the ads and links that lead you here.
When you fill out a form, call us, or message us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, event date and start time, guest count, event address or ZIP code, menu preferences, allergy details, and any notes you choose to share. We also receive basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages viewed, and the ad or link you came from.
We use your details to answer your request, prepare a quote, confirm the date, time, address, headcount, and menu, and contact you by phone, text, or email about your event. We also use aggregate site and ad data to understand which pages and campaigns work, so we can improve our service.
Deposits are paid through Stripe on a secure Stripe page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages.
We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, to see how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work, though some measurement may be limited.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website form tools, email and text services, payment processing, and advertising measurement, and only as needed for those purposes.
