A hibachi chef at your table.
Alamo Flame Hibachi brings a private chef, a portable hibachi grill and a full dinner to your home, backyard, Airbnb or event space in San Antonio, Austin and surrounding cities. Your guests enjoy live cooking, sake games and a spectacular fire finale — fresh grilled food, zero restaurant reservations, zero cleanup stress. Each guest picks 2 proteins, and we handle the rest: setup, show, dinner and cleanup.

Event duration: 90 minutes. Party minimum $500 ($450 on Tuesday and Saturday specials). Gratuity is not included — we recommend 20% of the total. Locations more than 25 miles outside the city limits may include a travel fee of $1.50 per mile. Dinner for two: please contact our manager for a custom quote.

Pick your proteins
Choose 2 proteins per person: Strip Steak, Chicken, Shrimp or Salmon included. Add-ons and premium upgrades available.
Reserve your date
A $100 deposit locks in your date and time and is applied to your total. All further details come by email and text.
We bring the fire
Send final proteins, guest count and allergy notes up to 2 days before. Our chef arrives early and delivers about 90 minutes of dinner and entertainment.
Last-minute event? No problem.
We offer express booking for events scheduled as little as 8 hours in advance.
Hosting more than 30 guests?
We send 2 chefs so everyone is served hot and on time. An additional chef fee applies for parties over 30 guests — ask us for a quote.
We serve San Antonio, Austin and surrounding cities within about 100 miles: New Braunfels, Boerne, Helotes, Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Selma, Converse, Live Oak, Seguin, San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander and more. Travel to other cities is available; locations more than 25 miles outside the city limits may include a travel fee of $1.50 per mile.
Alamo Flame Hibachi proudly supports the military community of Texas. We give a $50 discount to active-duty service members, veterans, first responders and military families as a small way to say thank you for your service.

Good to know
When do I need to confirm the final details?
You can finalize your guest count, menu/protein choices, and address up to 2 days before the event. That way you do not have to stress if plans change.
How does the $100 deposit work?
The $100 deposit secures your date/time and is applied to your total (it is not an extra charge). The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
What payment methods do you accept? Is there a fee for card payments?
We accept cash, Zelle, and card payments. Cards are totally fine, just note there is a 3% processing fee on the remaining balance when paying by card.
Are tables and chairs included?
Tables and chairs are not included in the base package, but we can provide them as an add-on for $15 per guest. This add-on also includes plates and utensils.
What if it rains?
No worries, we can still do the hibachi show in many cases. Covered patios, under canopies, and even inside a garage usually work great. If the weather is unsafe (heavy rain/wind), we can adjust the setup location when we arrive or reschedule to the next available date.
